EIG was having a clearance sale (from which we had already scored the Ibanez MFM2 Marty Friedman), so when the sale was about to end, we went to take a last look. We came across this very nice tele, but at first we thought there was something wrong with it, considering the hardware compared to the price tag on it. It soon became clear that the price tag had been swapped with an almost identical model (but with less impressive hardware) so the confusion was quickly fixed. With the right price tag and a considerable discount, this guitar was still very attractive, so we decided to take it home.
